ระเบียบการปฏิบัติของครูอาสาสมัคร
๑. กำหนดระยะเวลาอยู่ปฏิบัติงาน วัดมงคลรัตนาราม เมืองฟอร์ท วัลตัน บีช รัฐฟลอริดา ตั้งแต่เดือนมิถุนายนจนถึงเดือนสิงหาคม
๒. ให้สอนภาษาไทยและศิลปวัฒนธรรมไทย สัปดาห์ละ ๕ วัน วันละ ๔ - ๕ ชั่วโมง
๓. ให้มีวันหยุดประจำสัปดาห์อย่างน้อย สัปดาห์ละ ๒ วัน
๔. การออกไปนอกวัดในทุกกรณี แม้จะเป็นวันหยุดก็ตาม จะต้องได้รับอนุญาตจากเจ้าอาวาส เพื่อความปลอดภัยของครูอาสาสมัคร
๕. การสอนพิเศษนอกเวลา จะต้องไม่ทำให้กระทบกระเทือนงานสอนประจำ และมิให้สอนพิเศษแก่ผู้ที่มิใช่นักเรียนของวัด
๖. ห้ามครูอาสาสมัครออกไปทำงานหารายได้พิเศษนอกวัด
๗. การไปร่วมกิจกรรมการแสดงที่มิใช่กิจกรรมของวัด จะต้องได้รับอนุญาตจากเจ้าอาวาส และกิจกรรมนั้นต้องเป็นกิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมการเผยแพร่ศิลปวัฒนธรรมไทย
๘. ทางวัดจะดูแลด้านที่พัก อาหาร ทัศนศึกษา ค่ารักษาพยาบาล
๙. ครูอาสาสมัครจะต้องสรุปผลการเรียนการสอนของนักเรียน ส่งเลขานุการ สัปดาห์ละ ๑ ครั้ง
Rules of conduct of the volunteer teachers
1. The volunteered teachers will start teaching from the beginning of June to the ending of August.
2. The volunteered teachers will teach Thai language and Thai tradition 5 days per week, 4 - 5 hours per day.
3. The volunteered teachers will have at least two days off per week.
4. For a safety precaution, the volunteered teachers are not allowed to leave the temple without a permission from Abbot even if it is teachers’ day off.
5. Outside the teachers’ working hours, the teachers are not allowed to teach anyone, who is not a student. This might intervene with teacher’s schedule.
6. The teachers may not allow to work outside their teaching profession.
7. If the teachers are invited to show the Thai tradition outside the temple, the teachers oust ask for the permission from the Abbot first.
8. The Thai temple will provide a full living benefit to the teachers. These included a place to live , travel allowances, foods, and medical expenses.
9. The volunteered teachers must provide a written report about their daily jobs to the secretary once a week.
